Support / Frequently asked

Straight answers,
in the order you'll ask them.

Most eye-care questions arrive in a predictable order — so that's how this page is arranged. Start at the top, or search for the one thing you came here for.

STEP 01

Before you buy

What the patches are, what they realistically do, and who should skip them.

It's a small crescent-shaped patch that sits under your eye. The underside is covered in hundreds of tiny cones made from dried, concentrated actives — not metal, not needles in the medical sense. They're shorter than a grain of salt.

When you press the patch on, the cones sit just inside the top layer of skin and dissolve over the next few hours, releasing what's in them where a cream can't easily go.

A cream has to get through the outer barrier of your skin, which is the layer specifically designed to keep things out. Most of it doesn't make it far.

The dissolving cones start below that barrier. Same idea as the difference between rubbing something on a sealed surface and putting it just under the seal.

That's a delivery difference, not magic. If a cream failed you because the ingredient was wrong for your problem, a patch with the same wrong ingredient will also fail.

Honest answer: partly, and it depends what's actually under there.

If your under-eye looks heavy because of fluid, thin skin, or lost firmness, that's the kind of thing a topical can visibly improve. If it's inherited fat pads that push forward — the kind you can see in photos of you at seventeen — no patch, cream, or serum moves those. Only a surgeon does.

Most people are some mix of both. We'd rather tell you that now than take your money and let you find out in week six.

No, and we won't claim it is. Blepharoplasty removes or repositions tissue. Filler adds volume underneath. Cebeam does neither.

What it can do is improve the look of the skin sitting on top — smoothness, firmness, tone. For plenty of people that's the difference between looking tired and looking rested. For some it isn't enough, and surgery is the honest answer.

You'll feel a light prickle or tingle for the first minute or two as the cones soften. After that you stop noticing the patch is there.

Sharp pain isn't normal. If you feel that, take the patch off.

No. Press two patches on, leave them, remove them. There's no cream, no order of steps, no bathroom shelf involved.

Plenty of our customers wear them while they're asleep and never think about it again.

Skip them if you have broken, irritated, or sunburned skin around the eye, an active eye infection, or eczema or dermatitis in the area.

If you're pregnant or nursing, on prescription retinoids, or recovering from any procedure around the eyes, ask your doctor first. Not for anyone under 18.

STEP 02

Your first 14 days

How to apply them properly, what's normal early on, and when to expect anything visible.

Start with clean, completely dry skin — no serum, oil, or moisturiser underneath. Damp skin is the single most common reason a patch won't stick.

Place one under each eye, then press firmly with your fingertip for about 10 seconds. You want real pressure, not a pat. Leave on for at least 2 hours; overnight is better.

Remove slowly, and gently press whatever's left on the skin in. Don't wash it off.

Almost always moisture. Give your under-eye a full two minutes to air-dry after cleansing before you apply.

The other cause is not pressing hard enough. A light touch leaves the cones sitting on the surface instead of anchored in.

Every other night for the first two weeks, then two to three nights a week to maintain.

Using them every single night won't speed anything up — your skin needs the off-nights.

Mild pink that fades within an hour is expected, especially the first few times. So is a slight grid pattern where the cones were.

What isn't expected: swelling, itching, burning, or redness still there the next morning. Stop using them and email us.

A short-term smoothing effect is often visible the morning after — that's mostly hydration, and it comes and goes.

Changes that hold generally take four to eight weeks of consistent use, because that's how long skin takes to turn over. If you're buying for a specific date, start at least six weeks out.

Results vary from person to person, and some people won't see a change they consider worth it. That's what the guarantee is for.

STEP 03

Living with it

Makeup, other products, storage, and the questions that come up around month two.

Yes — after you remove the patch, not with it on. Wait about 20 minutes so the skin isn't tacky, then apply concealer as normal.

A lot of people tell us concealer sits better on the days after, because it's sitting on smoother skin. That's the realistic version of the "my concealer creases" problem: you're not hiding the texture, you're changing it.

Not on the same night, and not on the same area. Both do their work in the same layer of skin, and stacking them is how people end up irritated.

Alternate nights works fine. If you're on prescription tretinoin, talk to whoever prescribed it first.

The shape is cut for the under-eye curve, so it'll fit awkwardly elsewhere, but the formula itself is fine on other facial skin.

Don't put them on the eyelid itself, or anywhere the skin is broken.

Sealed, somewhere cool and dry, out of direct sun. No fridge needed — and don't refrigerate, because condensation ruins the cones.

Once a patch is out of its pouch, use it. It starts absorbing moisture from the air right away.

[REPLACE — full INCI ingredient list, in order]

The complete list is printed on the box and shown on the product page before you check out. If anything here is a problem for your skin, we'd rather you knew before ordering than after.

[REPLACE — manufacturing country, facility certifications, and what per-batch testing you genuinely do]

Don't write anything here you can't produce a document for.

STEP 04

Your order

Shipping windows, tracking, changes, and what happens if a parcel goes missing.

Orders placed before [cut-off time] on a business day leave the same day. Everything else goes out the next business day.

You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as it does — from a real carrier, with a link that works.

[REPLACE — real US delivery windows by shipping method]

These are the carrier's working-day estimates, not a promise. Weather and holidays add days.

[REPLACE — actual warehouse location]

If your tracking shows an origin that surprises you, email us and we'll explain it rather than leave you guessing.

Yes, within 60 minutes — use the link in your confirmation email. After that the order is packed and locked.

Missed the window? Email us straight away. If it hasn't physically left, we'll fix it.

Email us your order number and we'll replace it. No return required, no waiting period, no investigation you have to sit through.

If it arrived damaged, send a photo and we'll do the same.

[REPLACE — yes/no, which countries, and who pays customs]

STEP 05

Money back

The guarantee, how refunds actually work, and how to stop a subscription in one step.

[REPLACE — your real guarantee window] days from delivery. If it hasn't done what you hoped, email us and we'll refund you.

You can have opened and used the box. That's rather the point — you can't judge it unopened.

No. We're not going to make you pay postage to return a half-used box. Keep it or bin it.

We approve refund requests within one business day. After that your bank controls the timing — usually 5–10 business days to leave our side, and sometimes another few days before it shows on your statement.

If it's been longer than two weeks, chase us. Something's gone wrong and we'd like to know.

One click in your account, any time, with no phone call and no retention questions. Or email us and we'll do it for you — include the order number or the email you checked out with.

We'd rather lose the subscription than trap you in it.

Email us and we'll find the account, stop the billing, and refund the most recent charge. Usually it's a different email address than the one you're logged in with.

Ads sometimes keep running after a promotion ends. The site price is the live one — but send us a screenshot and we'll honour what you saw.

Email support@cebeam.com. A human on our team answers every message, usually within one business day.

[REPLACE — add phone number and registered company name; US buyers over 50 check for these before they trust a new brand]

Nothing matched that.

Try a shorter word, or email us the question — we'll answer and add it here.

Still stuck? Ask us directly.

Send your order number and the question. You'll get a real reply from someone who can actually fix it — not a ticket number.
